Papaw Milk Shake

Ingredients

1 medium sized ripe papaw
1 pt milk
2 - 3 oz sugar

Preparation

  • Remove the seeds from the papaw, then scoop out the pulp and pass through a sieve, or blend in a food processor.
  • Add the sugar and milk, stirring (or blending) well.
  • Add crushed ice, and swizzle, whisk or shake until fluffy. Serve immediately.
